Where are Shweshwekini products made?

We love culture and keeping it local. So all our Shweshwekinis are proudly made in South Africa, Cape Town to be exact. Our manufacturers are also local and have extensive experience in swimwear manufacturing to provide the best quality products every time.  

What are Shweshwekinis made of?

Quality in every Shweshwekini is important to us. The swimwear is a blend of 80% nylon and 20% polyester.  Our fabric also has sun protection, which prevents a certain amount of sunrays from touching your skin.

 

ORDERS

How do I use discount coupons/credit?

The team at Shweshwekini will send you a discount code that can be filled in on the payments page at checkout. The discount will apply automatically to your purchase. Note that discounts are only calculated on the items purchased and not the shipping cost and are not refundable for cash.

  

How do I see my order status?

You will be notified via email once we have finalized your order.  Our system will generate a tracking number and send this to you on the email address you provided, allowing you to keep track of your parcel as it makes its way to you.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at shweshwekini@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

 

PAYMENTS 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use multiple payment gateways, allowing you to choose your most trusted method. Paypal, Payfast and iPay are all accepted, which means everything is security protected.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Payd, MobiCred, EFT and debit card payments. 

SHIPPING

How long should my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on timing of your order, local deliveries should take place within 1 - 3 working days

We have partnered with DHL express for our deliveries.  Expected delivery is within 2-5 working days from fulfillment.

How much does shipping cost?

All local deliveries are charged at a flat fee of R100 per order.

International deliveries are charged at a flat fee of $15 anywhere in the world.

What countries do you ship to?

Trust us to deliver your Shweshwekini wherever you are.

Is there a customs duty charged if I ship to an area outside SA?

This depends on your country’s import controls, there may be a charge to you.
