What is your return policy?
We pride ourselves in providing quality products, however, as much as we would like to be able to accept a return of your worn Shweshwekini, we cannot due to health and hygienic perspective. Nobody wants to receive a pair of dirty undies in the mail. (Well we hope not!)
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act to provide a service that is safe, secure and customer centred.
Once you make payment your order is final. We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective, or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
As a valued Shweshwekini customer, you have the right to return an item or items, at your own delivery cost within 14 business days from the date of delivery on the following conditions:
- That the items returned are in the original unopened packaging or repackaged in their original packaging
- If the items delivered have a manufactural fault and not damaged by delivery
Please note that we check all of our items before delivery and we will not take liability for any damages caused by couriers or any fault that is not ours.
We thoroughly inspect and photograph the items before sending them out to avoid false claims of manufacturer error.
We can only accept returns when goods are damaged or defected, or if the product received is not the same style or size that was ordered.
For damaged bottoms, tops or defects (unused and in original packaging), please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, and thereafter return to us within 14 days of this. We will advise you accordingly upon receipt of your report.
Damage excludes normal wear and tear (take care that wear and tear of our products does not occur). Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging).
Once we have confirmed whether the goods may be returned, please send to our postal address, and we will reimburse you for those shipping costs up to the value of the current standard Shweshwekini shipping rate. If you are in any way unsure, please drop us a mail at email@example.com.
The same applies for the incorrect product delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If approved (product is undamaged, unused and in original packaging), we will send you a new pair of the originally ordered Shweshwekini, at no charge to you.
We will not be held responsible for any delivery or postage delays which arise from unsuspecting issues beyond our control, including, but not limited to, wars, courier and postal strikes, incorrect addresses and or acts of God.
